Dave is a true kiwi innovator with a background in teaching, the music industry, and improvement roles in manufacturing industry. Dave was inspired to start Noisefinder.com after losing part of his hearing to industrial deafness. The industrial nurse remarked that noise levels can be lowered by doing simple things but the hard part was identifying where the noise was coming from. By using proven existing technology in a novel way the source of sounds can be located. Using advanced training techniques the technology is dramatically simplified. Noisefinder.com then supplies a list of suppliers and solutions that are easily adopted. It is a very simple solution but it took 7 years to make it so.

Nick is a mechanical engineer by background and an adopted kiwi after growing up and early career in the UK. Nick has worked predominantly in manufacturing industry in both line management and consulting roles. Nick’s passion is continuous improvement which applies equally to Health and Safety issues and to manufacturing performance. Nick’s philosophy of ‘zero’ capital spend to implement solutions was immediately aligned to Dave’s approach and this led to the formation of a business partnership and Noisefinder.com

Stuart is a kiwi with ten plus years sales experience in mobility solutions across New Zealand and Australia. Stuart's experience includes providing mobile data solutions across a range of Industries & Technologies. Stuart also has a passion for environmental noise solution management having experienced first hand the lack of effectiveness of both contractorsand local authorities to effectively address environmental noise issues.
