If you have followed the guidelines in the training tutorials NF01 – NF06 from the Noisefinder.com solution package and are unable configure the software, post a topic in the forum under, “Configuration support”. Target time for a response is within 48 hrs.

Software support

If you are using a laptop which is owned by an organization and is subject to network protocols, it may be that the ability to download the software has been blocked. In this instance contact your IT Helpdesk.

If the problem is the actual software, please search or post a topic in the forum.

Hardware support

The microphones supplied as part of the package are standard music industry technology and are supplied with the standard guarantees of the original equipment manufacturers. If the microphones supplied suffer from mechanical/electrical faults within the guarantee period contact us at the following e-mail address enquiries@Noisefinder.com

No single noise source issue is identical to any other and so it is not possible to be 100% perscriptive as to how to resolve all issues. However, noise sources typically fall into one of a number of categories. The Noisefinder.com forum covers all of the typical noise source categories. The first step is to search the advice summarised in the forum and if there is no direct advice for your specific problem raise a question on the forum asking for advice or guidance.
